When the Guardian arrived to Elwynn Forest and destroyed the group attacking the city wall, the King took his personal guard to the outer gate while Llane and Medivh were to retreat to inner wall. For the following three days the king organized the city defenses and allowed Llane to participate. The king ordered his to save the mage, retreat and evacuate everyone to Stormwind City. In a camp in Brightwood, with the help of Medivh and his soldiers they fought against the attacking trolls, but the Guardian was bested. The storyline wasnt even clear for me as inbetween scenes the characters were just appearing/disappearing quite randomly. Could have been a great film, but it lost the potential.
